PHOTOSHOOT.

Back in November, I had a photoshoot at a makeup academy (which is why these photos feature pretty heavily digitally-enhanced makeup), and today I got to take a look at them for the first time! I went downtown today to discuss future plans for modelling with my agency, and hopefully, I'll be sorting things out and on my way soon! 

In other news, the metro newspaper interviewed me last week and today the article was published in the newspaper (it's also online). It was so crazy sitting in the subway today and seeing everyone around me reading the paper, wondering if they were reading about me...whilst I was sitting right there. Hopefully Nokia will post the official video of my trip to London soon and I'll be able to see all the projects come to life! 

OCTOBER.

October is my favorite month of the year.

 I think it's because it's always the most memorable one- in a good way. Four years ago I had the craziest October of my life, and every single one after that has been filled with fun nights, and bad (more like weird) decisions that made damn good stories. 

The goal of every October, as usual is to go to every social outing possible. That's more of a challenge actually, for a hermit like yours truly. Second, I want to upload videos like crazy :) Third, I want to know how to drive and park fluently. Last, finish philosophy.

TODAY.

Today I had my first professional test shoot with a photographer. Not only that though, I also had to get up super early in the morning to rush to my driving school, leave that an hour early, and run downtown for the shoot haha. I only got 4 hours of sleep, and am d-r-a-i-n-e-d to say the least. Nonetheless, I feel like this is a moment worth documenting. It's always interesting talking to people in the industry because their conversations alone are such an inspiration. It's funny though, how whenever I talk to people in the modelling industry they always ask me if I'm going to a casting for ___ fashion week, or if I've traveled anywhere lately, and all I can say is .. *cricket cricket* (nothing). It sucks because there's not much I can do about it. 

When I get the pictures from the shoot I'll definitely show you guys! 

Side note: modelling is difficult. I never assumed it was easy, but it's even harder than I imagined. It's the kind of challenge that gets more native to you as you get more experienced, though.  I have to say, it's an unbelievably fun job and I adore everyone that works in the industry because I feel like I relate to them so easily.
